THE BIG 3

MR RESENTMENT'S TOP STORIES OF THE WEEK.
3 Sports Stories you need to know about

3.  NEW #1 IN THE WORLD

I know, I know it's only golf but it looks like a new era in golf has officially began. Rory McIlroy wins the Honda Classic and in doing so finally reaches no. 1 in the world.  He is 22. 22, What took him so long? but really in golf all people care about is Tiger.  Tiger Woods decided to play like the Woods of old, he  shot a 62 — his lowest final round ever. Tiger ended up finishing 2nd.  With Tiger, looking like a top 5 player in the world again this could be golfs next great rivalry.

MR HPV...
No, no, no  we can still call him the MVP of the National League.  Braun took the to the batters box for the first time this spring to reigns of "urine sample" and "cheater" being lobbed at him from the crowd. In 2 plate appearances he struck out both times. Not, really a top story but I am just letting everyone know I am going to be all over  Braun this season. He cheated the system in so many ways and now he gets to play and get paid for the 50 games not to mention He took Urine Sample Taker Guy's reputation as a proffesional and just flushed it down the drain. Come on man, getting away with it is one thing but tossing a true professional under the bus for doing his job is just sick. I am watching you .....

1.    MASKED MAMBA MVP?

"OH MY NOSE"  Many Lakers fan were groaning after Dwayne Wade went Marsha Brady on Kobe's nose during the dunk contest  errrr I mean the NBA All-Star Game. Turns out a broken nose and a concussion don't bother Kobe. The Masked Mamba is actually outplaying the Black Mamba and has many Lakers fans wanting to send D Wade thank you cards. Lakers went 3-0 on the week, including an impressive win over the NBA's best Miami.  D Wade fouled out (Kobe School Job), while Mamba outplayed Lebron. All of a sudden we have a MVP race. While Lebron is statisically having one of the best seasons ever, how many wins would the Lakers have without Kobe? I don't know about the voters but my MVP is actually willing to take shots when their teams need them.
